Integrate your mind, body, & breath during this
6-week progressive dance training program!

 

Developed & lead by Nicole Rosove [Run the Flex, The Underground Dance Centre], & myself, MINDFULNESS IN MOTION is an open-level workshop series, designed to teach participants the fundamental elements of contemporary dance, while remaining grounded in mindfulness. Our personal experiences with the benefits of both movement & mindfulness, as part of our self-care practice, are the driving forces behind this program & we look forward to sharing all we've learned with you!

Each 2-hour class includes:

- body conditioning warm-up,

- contemporary technique,

- choreography,

- guided mindfulness.

 

MINDFULNESS IN MOTION allows for the exploration & acquisition of new skills within a safe, inclusive, & community-focused environment. We invite you to kickstart your summer by engaging your creativity, challenging your physicality, & celebrating the joy of movement!

No dance experience is required - we welcome brand-new beginners, & dancers looking to revisit contemporary foundations & new ways of moving. 

Note: Early Bird registration is just $175 + HST. Offer expires May 21st at 11:59pm. Regular pricing is $200, effective May 22nd onwards.
